 Miller Home Inspection Services LLC has been inspecting homes since 1996. Throughout that time we have provided accurate, informative and reliable information to home owners and home buyers throughout the greater Northwest Wisconsin area. Together, Kathy and Brian have over 32 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Kathy held a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers license for many years, and is familiar with contracts and contingencies. She understands the importance of working with the client and getting their inspections arranged to meet the requirements of the contract, and meeting the contract deadlines.

Operate under the principles set fourth by the "American Society of Home Inspectors,"A.S.H.I. "Standards of Practice" and "Code of Ethics," and the rules set forth by the "1997 Wisconsin 440, subchapter X, RL 131-135." We are also a member in good standing of the "Wisconsin Association Home Inspectors" or W.A.H.I., and an affiliate member of the "Realtors Association of Northwest Wisconsin".
* We do not repair or recommend anyone to do repairs, insuring our impartiality.
* We will promptly disclose to our client any interest in a business which may affect the client. We will not allow an interest in any business to affect the quality or results of our inspection work which we amy be called upon to perform.
* We invite both the buyer and the seller to accompany us during the inspection.
* We will not reveal the contents of the inspection to anyone without your written consent, {which you do by initialing the agreement}.
* We promise to inspect your home with the care and attention that you , the client, deserve.
